Hello 2023 and welcome to the Upside Down!
Our first game of 2023 and it's a visit to Hawkins, Indiana. This was a game planned for Halloween 2022 (using the Galactic Heroes rules), but got postponed for a number of reasons. The game was set-up with two sides. On one side was Hawkins PD, led by Hopper, with Eleven as a Specialist and three Deputies (Regulars). They would be up against a Demogorgon (defined as a monster - so five traits used). The aim of game was fairly simple. Hawkins PD had to escort Dustin, Lucas, Mike, Will and Stevie off the table to safety. For the Demogorgon, it was to send them to the Upside Down by defeating them in Close Combat. Not wishing to be caught by the Police or the Demogorgon, Dustin, Lucas, Mike, Will and Stevie would move in a random direction (obviously away) at the end of a turn. Turn 1 Both sides advanced from their respective starting positions. The Demogorgon spotting Will hiding behind the static caravan. Turn 2...
